So if you live local, I know where you will be headed this week. You will love it! Make sure to tell them The White Barn Farm sent you and say “hi” for me! The owners and staff are as sweet as their shop. You’ll love it! If you aren’t local and reading this, feel free to follow the link to Tumbleweed website for some online shopping. You will be lead to their Tumbleweed Bead co Etsy shop for handcrafted earrings, necklaces, rings, and bangles. So cute!

In fact, look what I purchased at Tumbleweed…simply elegant rose gold. I love them and have worn them everyday since!

Our Local- ‘Model Toys’

Tis the season for holiday bazaars. Today I ventured out with my wonderful mother-in-law to my first Holiday Bazaar of the season at the Entiat, Wa High School gymnasium. As expected there were a variety of homemade treasures adorably displayed. And with just as adorable of white-haired nana’s and papa’s behind the tables with bright sparkling eyes for the joy of the gathering. Each person was delighted to show their skill and gather as a community, for the community. I love that.

One of our favorite finds were these handcrafted wooden toys.  “Model Toys” by John Zucker are beautiful.  My (almost) 2 year old was enthralled with each intricately made toy.  For the past 15 years Mr. Zucker has honed his skill to make everything imaginable that any young lad would enjoy including planes, trains, trucks, tractors, diggers, semi-trucks, and cars.   It is a joy to see such craftsmanship loved by my little ones.  Seth Luke will be a happy camper this Christmas when he opens his gift from Grandma and Grandpa… “Model Toys” for the win.
